In conjunction with the 30th Penang International Dragon Boat Festival (PIDBF) which would be held on 23rd & 24th May 2009, PIDBF is organising another interesting Forum on 22nd May 2009. The forum is open to the team managers as well as delegates from all dragon boat associations.

We have invited distinguished guest speakers from the International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF) ie. the Executive President, Mr Mike Haslam, and the Chair Holder of the Competition & Technical Commission, Mr Mike Thomas, to share with us on the Past and Future Development of Dragon Boat Racing as a modern sport.
